Returns & Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery by emailing: contact@cabincleared.com
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

All seals on hygiene and personal care products must remain intact.

Products must not have been opened, tested or used.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed toiletry products unless they are faulty.
3. Returns Postage
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied:

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original delivery costs (standard delivery only) will be refunded where required by law.

If goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair or full refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or unsealed hygiene products

Items damaged due to misuse
-
Products returned outside the statutory return window
This does not affect your statutory rights.
