3. Product Information

 

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate at the time of publication. However:

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only.

  • Packaging may vary slightly from images shown.

  • Minor substitutions may occur where necessary due to stock availability, while maintaining equivalent product type, size and quality.​

All toiletries included in our travel kits are 100ml or less at the time of packing. Airport security policies remain subject to change and enforcement is at the discretion of airport authorities. We cannot guarantee how individual airports or security personnel may apply current rules.

4. Orders

 

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or typographical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

5. Prices & Payment

 

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

6. Delivery

 

We aim to dispatch orders promptly using a tracked delivery service.

The courier used may vary depending on the sales channel, destination and operational requirements. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, adverse weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

7. Returns & Refunds

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. - Please view our Returns & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Hygiene and personal care products must remain sealed where applicable.

 

You are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed once returned goods are received and inspected.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within a reasonable time of receipt and provide photographic evidence where possible.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

Subject to the above, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the goods purchased.

 

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding and layout, is the property of Safe Port Group Ltd and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without written permission.

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
